Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Inceptaa platform operated by Inceptaa LLC. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

Inceptaa provides an AI-powered business formation and management platform including, but not limited to, entity structuring guidance, registration support, operational tools, embedded financial tracking, and capital readiness features ("Services"). Our Services are provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our platform. By using Inceptaa, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@inceptaa.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription. All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its related systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without our written permission.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on the Inceptaa platform are the exclusive property of Inceptaa LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your personal and business purposes. No rights are transferred to you through these Terms beyond what is expressly granted.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF SECURITY VULNERABILITIES. INCEPTAA'S AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR TAX ADVICE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCEPTAA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
